Hello! I’m Kimberley, a lifelong explorer, creative and journalist with a passion for uncovering the world’s hidden gems. My journey took a thrilling turn when I met my husband, Timothy, a lovely kind-hearted Marine, in Africa. Together, we’ve embarked on an extraordinary adventure, living in diverse locales such as the United States, New Zealand, The Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and Croatia. We now find ourselves in vibrant Philadelphia.
Through every move, I’ve fallen more in love with the world—its landscapes, cultures, flavors, and people. Nature, in all her forms, continues to inspire me. Along the way, I’ve met remarkable individuals with captivating stories that have shaped my own. Being a global nomad and a devoted nature lover has led me to a joyful creative path. I write children’s books, songs, poetry, and inspirational quotes, as a hobby—little gifts from my heart to the world.
At Cruise Planners - Living Life Large Travel, we specialize in crafting unique land tours in countries we’ve lived in and explored, as well as offering exceptional cruise and river tour experiences. Our mission is to bring happiness through our life experiences of culture, food, nature, topography, and the wonderful world we live in.

Hello there! I’m Timothy—proud husband, father of two amazing kids, U.S. Marine veteran, and lifelong adventurer. My journey around the globe began with a deep sense of service and purpose, and it’s only grown richer through decades of international business, cultural discovery, and unforgettable experiences. From leading companies across continents to sipping wine under Tuscan skies, I’ve lived and worked in over 60 countries—and called 10 of them home, across five continents.
My wife Kimberley and I met in Africa, and since then, we’ve shared a life of exploration, creativity, and passion for the world’s many wonders. We’ve lived in the United States, New Zealand, The Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and Croatia—and now, we’re based in colorful, energetic Philadelphia.
